Across 6 bespoke individual coaching sessions, we work with real situations from your day-to-day leadership.
We observe your automatic responses, experiment with new postures and anchor sustainable change.
Between Sessions
Guided practice
Reflection exercises and real-life experiments help turn insight into new ways of acting.
Ongoing support
Direct access by message or email gives you space to debrief real situations and maintain momentum between sessions.

After 20 years in the international Tech & Digital ecosystem, including several years leading teams myself, I have experienced first-hand the demands of management and leadership, and seen exceptional leaders continue to perform while reaching a point where something no longer worked. Not because they lacked skills, but because years of responding to external expectations had gradually disconnected them from themselves.
Today, my coaching approach combines this first-hand experience, deep empathy, methodological rigor and a strong focus on results to help leaders bring greater choice into the way they lead.
